I am Dr. Octavia Conner, the Founder and CEO of Say Yes To Profits®, a Virtual CFO and tax strategy firm devoted to helping seven-figure plus, service-based minority women CEOs build profitable, sustainable businesses and create generational wealth.

My mission is clear. I am here to stop entrepreneur failure, especially among women of color, and to create one million profitable CEOs.

After walking away from corporate America in 2011, I built a nationally recognized firm from the ground up. That journey, which included financial setbacks, near-bankruptcy, and ultimately a breakthrough, fuels everything I do today. I have made it my purpose to demystify finance and equip CEOs with the strategic financial and tax systems they need to scale with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.

With over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, I created the Say Yes To Profits Framework.
