You will be required to complete a video answering three key questions. The video can be completed with your mobile device and uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo. The video will only be viewed by the SYTP Hiring Team. Any applications submitted without a video will be disqualified.
Within 2-5 business days, we will contact you via email to provide the next steps.
If your application is a good match, the email will include a link for you to schedule a virtual interview. You will have only 48 hours to schedule your interview. After 48 hours, the link expires.
If your application is not a good match, the email will be a thank you notice for taking the time to apply with our company.
After the virtual interview, depending on the position, you may be required to complete a second interview or prepare a presentation to present to our leadership team.
The top 3 applicants will then be required to complete the DISC and Gallup Strengths Finder assessments.
The cost of these assessments is covered by the company.
The last 1 to 2 applicants will be offered to complete a 2-week to 30-day trial period.
During the trial period, you are paid for your time. The trial period is an opportunity for you and SYTP to determine if it is mutually beneficial to work together. If it is a great fit, you will be offered a position with the company after your trial period at a competitive pay rate.
