OPERATIONS ASSISTANT


Position Overview

We are hiring an Operations Assistant who can help us effectively and efficiently operate all aspects and moving parts of Say Yes To Profits. 

 

The Operation Assistant must be equipped to deal with a diverse group of external and internal contacts at all organizational levels. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload, team, and clients.

 

This role's most qualified candidate will have experience assisting a fast-paced, fast-growing, technology-driven, forever-advancing/changing organization.

Our company is growing at rapid speed! We need you to step in, step up and help us organize all aspects of the company's daily operations. We need you to find the loopholes, plug them, and ultimately become the backbone of our team. You will help ensure projects are completed on time, the company calendar is not overbooked, the marketing tasks are completed, and our clients are pleased. You will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent accounting services and customer support.

 

The ultimate goal is for you to eventually become the Operations Manager.

Who You Will Work With

This position will begin part-time for a trial period and become a full-time position reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, Octavia Conner. You will also interact with clients and our internal and external SYTP team.

 

You will coordinate meetings with potential clients and those looking to partner with our company. 

 

Your Work Environment 

We are looking for someone who desires to grow with the Say Yes To Profits team. While this is a remote, work-from-home position, there will be occasional travel to our main office located in Atlanta, GA.

 

In addition, this position will also require schedule flexibility, including accommodating Octavia to speaking and networking events where your in-person assistance is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative, marketing, and project management tasks
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client happiness and success.
  • Assist with overseeing and managing projects, communication, execution, and achieving goals and deadlines.
  • Facilitates follow-up calls and meetings to secure opportunities for the CEO.
  • Assist with maintaining an internal customer relationship management system (CRM).
  • Assist with improving social media presence and enhancing engagement on the different outlets.
  • Assist with overseeing the operations of the company independently and with limited supervision.
  • Assist with maintaining a 90% or greater client success rate. 
  • Some off-site work or travel will be required in the future.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of business administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must have the ability to build excellent client-focused relationships. We love our clients, and they love us because we take the time to learn about their dreams, business, and life goals.
  • Must be organized, detailed-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Quick learner with a high-energy attitude and great team member
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative

Results

  • Understand all aspects of how the company operates at an 80% or more significant level.
  • Successful resolve client issues, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  • Keep the accounting team on track with meeting deadlines and goals.
  • Assist with maintaining consistency in marketing the company on social media and other outlets.
